Dewa yang tertinggal terus berupaya menguasai jalannya pertandingan.

Anak asuh Jan Olde Reikerink mampu menyamakan kedudukan pada menit 36 melalui Alex Martins.

Pemain bernomor punggung 39 tersebut semakin memperbesar keunggulan Dewa United melalui golnya di menit ke-45.

Hingga babak pertama usai, skor 1-2 bertahan untuk keunggulan Dewa United.

Memasuki babak kedua, Dewa United masih berupaya menguasai pertandingan meski telah unggul.

Dewa sukses menambah keunggulan melalui gol cepat Alex Martins di menit ke-49.

Kedua tim berupaya membangun permainan untuk menguasai jalannya pertandingan.

PSIS sempat menciptakan sejumlah peluang, namun tidak ada yang berbuah gol.

Dewa United justru kembali menambah keunggulan melalui Ricki Kambuaya di menit akhir pertandingan.

Skor 1-4 untuk kemenangan Dewa United bertahan hingga pertandingan usai.

Pelatih Dewa United Jan Olde Reikerink menyatakan kepuasan atas kemenangan pada pertandingan kali ini.

Menurut dia, Dewa mampu menguasai jalannya pertandingan.

Ia menyebut gol yang tercetak tidak terlepas dari kemampuan individu pemain.

"Di 30 menit pertama babak kedua Dewa lebih bermain lebih hidup," katanya.

Ia menambahkan Dewa United bermain bagus kali ini.

Namun, menurut dia, bermain bagus bukan merupakan tujuan, namun untuk menciptakan peluang.

Sementara pelatih PSIS Semarang Gilbert Agius menyebut anak asuhnya banyak mengandalkan serangan balik pada pertandingan kali ini.

"PSIS punya banyak peluang untuk mencetak gol, banyak peluang tercipta di babak kedua," katanya.

Namun pada pertandingan kali ini, kata dia, Dewa United berhak atas kemenangan pada pertandingan kali ini.
